Hi, I'm Blair! I'm a physical therapist turned home baker who loves sharing easy dessert recipes and showing you that you can make drool worthy desserts from home. Whether you're looking for a simple cake recipe with chocolate or something more elaborate, you'll find it here!
I initially began baking because I wanted to make my son's first birthday cake. The cake didn't work out like I planned and the whole experience was SO stressful. I gave up baking for almost a year!
I decided to try again and this time with my son. We began baking together almost every day and I fell in love with the process. I learned how to make cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies and more all from scratch!
I'm here to show you that you can bake from scratch and it doesn't have to be stressful!
Details: This experience begins at 6pm. Feel free to park in the North Park Garage located at 3829 29th St. The hourly cost is reasonable.
MAKE is a monthly series hosted by Mara Altman and Nicole Zappala where we gather to connect and create over accessible, funky crafts. Experiences are guided by our hosts or in some cases, we invite artists and makers in to guide us. Check out some of the MAKEs we’ve done on Instagram.
