Vacancy to vibrancy.
It started with a question: what is it with all these vacant buildings? A simple question sparked the creation of a model that redefines how we exchange value. Is it possible to activate dead spaces with color, with community, with art? Can these liminal spaces provide affordable, accessible space for creation, for play, for community? The answer, in short, is yes.
